With a roaming approach, I move throughout the event to document the moments as they happen: guest interactions, speakers, entertainment, branded details, atmosphere, and everything happening behind the scenes.
The result is a versatile gallery of professional images you can use for social media, press releases, internal communications, future event promotion, sponsorship recaps, and marketing materials.
Two Hours of Roaming Coverage — $450
Every event session includes:
- Two hours of roaming photography coverage
- Approximately 50–75 professionally edited images per hour
- A mix of candid moments, event details, group photos, and key interactions
- A private online gallery to view and download your images
- High-resolution and web-sized files
- Professional editing consistent with your event and brand
Additional Coverage
Need coverage for a longer event, multiple speakers, scheduled programming, or an extended guest experience?
Additional photography time can be added for $200 per hour.
For events with a detailed schedule or specific must-have moments, we can review the timeline beforehand to make sure the most important parts of your event are captured.
